Raw milk cheese

Sunday, Guillemette asked if I wanted to join her at Whole Foods. They've opened a new branch in Union Square. Unfortunately, I had just had brunch with Charlotte (visiting from Hong Kong). Later, Guillemette told me she had gone with Catherine. She said she asked about roblechon; she had wanted to surprise me with a little wheel of the cheese.
